The Changing Profiles of Homeless People: Still Depending on Emergency- Services in Europe: Who and Why? is based on seven articles produced by the National Correspondents of the European Observatory on Homelessness.
It includes the following chapters:

- Why people still live rough in Europe
- Conclusions and policy lessons
