The prevention and sustainable exit from homelessness requires the collaboration between partners bringing expertise in different domains. If this is true for the adult homeless population, it is even more so in the case of youth homelessness. We will hear from experts in Wales and Ireland about the added value of this coalition work, and what it means in practice.
